Do or die time!

Monday evening, I meet Yamada and das chairman. I still have a chance to screw this up, which is completely out of the question! No pressure! Now, despite the criticalness (is that a word?) of the situation, I'm actually not as worried or panicked as I potentially could be, the point being that Yamada has gone to a fair bit of trouble to get this to happen, so he must be confident on this little gamble himself to notable degree. I have a number of things to play on to my advantage that hasn't been much of an advantage in other cases, so this should in theory be hard to fuck up unless I actually try to do just that.
One thing that will be a little funny is that this will likely be the first time I hear Yamada speak Japanese. We've always talked only in english to each other. I find that ironic, even though there's a logical explanation to the whole thing.

Let's see, that 10 things I've done that you probably haven't schtick...

1. Tried (but failed) to nurse a wild bird back to health
2. Fast-tracked highschool and graduated early
3. Gotten my leg fractured in 4 places and avoided amputation, cost to family outside taxi ambulance fare: 0, cost to driver that hit me for vehicle repairs: hundreds probably (windshield, etc.).
4. Taken 2nd and 4th place in Ontario in swimming, in 200m medley relay (me=50m) and 4th place 50m freestyle (individual) respectively at OFSAA, and shortly before that city record at Toronto finals 100m freestyle relay (me = 25m (last stretch though, so I officially seized the victory ^^)).
5. Moved out of my parents place before graduating highschool (on top of fast-tracking)
6. Travelled around Scandinavia and England (but I'm cheating, perhaps, as family live there)
7. Ridden both the X2000 and the Shinkansen (next on my list is the Maglev in Yamanashi ^^)
8. Swum in both the Atlantic and the Pacific (or at least in water-bodies that are directly adjacent/connected to them)
9. Gone from 4th-class Japanese language proficiency to 2nd-class in one-year's time
10. Worked/lived (and still working/living) in Japan
