Heh, I'm finally updating...
I figured it's about time since there's only a few more weeks of summer left. It's funny how different this summer's been from last summer. Last summer I updated almost every day. I practically lived online. This summer I've updated twice and I've been online about 10 times and usually in order to make plans or something. I've just been so busy. Crazy what having a girlfriend can do.
OK so here's your update.
My birthday party ROCKED! A bunch of kids from VT came down for the night. Most of them didn't arrive until late so we couldn't do much as a group the first day but we played Croquet and grilled some burgers. That night we all slept in tents in the backyard. The following morning I busted out the pots and pans and gave everyone a wake-up parade, made pancakes (Yum blueberry/coconut/pineapple pancakes) and commenced with the water activities. I had 2 slip-n-slides set up in the yard which were tons of fun. Whoever invented those should get a raise. I really hope those pictures come out. Which reminds me Sean, you should finish off those rolls and mail em back to me. Then we had a water balloon fight and headed off to Meghans place. Stopped by my store for some lunch and listened to the new Fall Out Boy album on the way. (It's really good). When we all got to Meghans we hit the pool. It was awesome having everyone together at Meghan's. Some of her friends came by to join us for a little while. I'm really glad Meghan and all my suite friends get along so well. Anyway, so the pool was amazing. I had a lot of fun with Myke and everyone. It was good to be with the guys again. Then we went to the beach, buried Dave and inched into the freezing waters of the Atlantic. It was Emily's first time at the ocean (weirdo) and I think she enjoyed it. After that the group split up, half went home and the rest went with me to have some dinner. Good Chowdah. Yeah so that was my birthday... Meghans is next month. I hope hers is as good as mine.
Speaking of next month. Summers almost over. I have alot to do next year at JSC, but I'm really looking forward to it. It'll be good to have everyone together again. More suite hyjinks, more adventures with Sean.
Right, so I'm also looking into a car. I'm trying my darndest to get a 05 Subaru Legacy. It's really nice and I can almost afford it. Maybe.
Pretty much I've just been enjoying my time with Meghan. Going to the pool and the beach, enjoying life. We will be together six months at the end of this month. That's crazy. I never thought she'd even say yes. Now look at us. She's made me the happiest I've ever been.
I love you Meg.
