(no subject)
Well I definately haven't written in a while. I managed to survive my first semester of grad school... although at times it seemed kind of iffy. The break was pretty good.... spent time in Metamora, Bloomington, and around here. I got to see Julie, Erik, and Jason a few times... always good.
Colin's finally moving up here!!! The last weekend of the month is his official move date. It'll be so nice to see each other all the time... and be able to start planning the wedding!!!!
Classes seem pretty interesting so far this semester. My projectives prof is a hottie too!! That always makes it easier to pay attention. My health prof, however, looks like John Lovitz... interesting.....
We're starting to apply for practicum for next year already. Our final list of our top 10 sites is due tomorrow... so I need to narrow mine down a little further still. This is going to be a nerve wracking experience... I can already tell. I think once I get placed at a site though... it'll be fun. Most of the sites I'm looking at are correctional faciliites... including the Cook County Jail, which my dad forbid me to work at! It might be the only place that'll take me though!!
That's really about all that's been going on... I'm glad to be back at school... I enjoy my classes... but I'm not sure if I'm ready to dive back into all the homework and studying again.... I guess we'll find out!!!
