(no subject)
I'm sitting in the computer lab in school right now. This is my third week of classes already!! Well... the start of it anyways. They're going pretty good so far. I think the projects and things will be fun. There's only one that is really as bad as I thought they would all be... so I guess I should be thankful... although there are things about all of them that kind of disturb me.
In one class the prof told us that there was no way that we could get an A on the first two projects. Another class only has a midterm and a final as the grade. Ah well... I'll deal.
I went to Quincy this past weekend after I got my cast off. Yeah... cast is off.... but of course I'm still on the crutches. It's actually a little worse with the cast off... the incision keeps scraping against things... and the ankle is pretty fragile. I start rehab tomorrow though... gotta get some motion back into this thing!!! It's getting there... but I REALLY just want to get off the crutches. It would make getting to and from school so much easier.
THE BEARS WON YESTERDAY!!!!! They totally kicked butt. If they play this well the rest of the season... superbowl here we come!!!! I couldn't believe it... they were a totally different team than last week!! I think Lovie Smith is going to be good for them. I'm hoping to actually go to a game this season.... Lisa and Rob were talking about it... and Julie and Eric want to come too. I'll have to drag Colin along... but he'll like it once he's there.
It was nice to see him this weekend. I hate going so long without seeing each other. He's coming up here in October... but that's so far away!!! It'll be nice when he can move up here... but who knows when that'll be!!
I watched my sister's dog this past week while she was on her honeymoon.... many stories about the dumb dog later... now I really should get back to homework!!!
