[Marriage Virus]
This case has been weighing heavily on my mind for the past few days. My investigations have proved fruitless yet again. No one has seen or heard anything unusual regarding Rise-chan's disappearance.
At least my partner is there to support me. Mello has also been kept busy with his own casework, but he always makes time for me, when allowable. Even if it's just a phone call in the evening. Hearing his voice always gives me encouragement.
We're supposed to spend a night out together tomorrow evening. I hope I won't have to cancel our dinner reservations, but you never know when there will be a development in a case like this.
