File 11 - Second Kidnap Victim Recovered
Yesterday, at 6:32 pm, a call was made to the police department reporting that the missing person, Kanji Tatsumi, was found. The police are already making their inquiry. A cursory medical examination revealed signs of both physical exhaustion and mental fatigue. No outward signs of physical trauma. He is expected to make a full recovery. Doctors recommend plenty of bed rest for the time being. No further details are available at this time.
Upon questioning, the victim appears to be suffering from memory loss regarding the events just prior to his disappearance and the time of his recovery. It remains to be seen whether he will remember much (if anything) of the events during the time he was missing.
I've made the necessary arrangements and will be moving into my new flat on Monday. It has become increasingly apparent that in order to apprehend the suspect, I'll need to stay on top of this case at all times.
