I had a feeling that might be the case. If the Angels really are as powerful as Asuka-san made them out to sound, then I know Nagisa-san will be able to take take of himself.

Asuka-san explained that to me, about the different timelines. She also told me that the reason she and Nagisa-san are living with you is because their world was destroyed.

Then the Major must realize that this is not the same Asuka that she is living with now, right? If that is the case, then why is she concerned with Nagisa-san? Isn't he already dead in her timeline?

That's why I didn't press further. I've only heard bits and pieces, but as I understand it, their world was at war with those Angels, among whom Nagisa-san belongs. But he is also human, too.

I suppose either he or Asuka-san will tell me more, one day. Or never. It's not something I would try to force out of them, no matter how curious I might be.
