Well, that was an exciting few days, wasn't it? At least my stay in the hospital wasn't completely boring. And I even got to take down a few of those shambling corpses myself! I can definitely see the appeal. No wonder Kaito and Hakuba looked like they were having such a good time!

I was discharged this morning, and Minato-kun took me home. Suffice ( Read more... )

...Need a hand with that?

It didn't seem like there were that many when I left... I figured the task force would have mopped up the rest of them by now.

[If this were a video post, Naoto would be grinning manically.]

In that case, I'd better bring out the heavy artillery. How'd you like to try your hand using a machine gun? Grampa is an avid collector of various firearms. I'll show you what I can do with the Nambu-2.

Have it your way! I'm sure there are others who can use it.

Any other essential supplies besides weapons and ammunition? I've got quite a bit of ammo of all calibers stockpiled.

Hm... Well in that case, I'll just concentrate on weaponry, then. It's not often I get to use the .50 caliber Magnum. Or incendiary grenades...

The hospital is still secure, right? Where are you holed up at?

There are stupid people in the world, you know? Besides, you're not the only one who had to go out for supplies, I'm sure.

I wouldn't be surprised if these creatures were never actually alive to begin with. If they really are just being perpetrated by the community...

Indeed. I'm not fond of desecrating the dead, either. Then again, something like this could never happen in Japan to begin with. The majority of people are cremated; there's no corpse to animate. That's probably why ghost stories are more popular that stories of restless corpses.
