File 21 - Recovery
Well, that was an exciting few days, wasn't it? At least my stay in the hospital wasn't completely boring. And I even got to take down a few of those shambling corpses myself! I can definitely see the appeal. No wonder Kaito and Hakuba looked like they were having such a good time!
I was discharged this morning, and Minato-kun took me home. Suffice it to say, my injuries are now fully healed with only a faint bit of scarring. I never imagined I'd receive my first "war wound" at such a young age!
One of my classmates was kind enough to send over the homework I missed from school. I've been working on catching up with that. I just finished with the last assignment before writing this. Nothing too difficult. I'm confident I'll pass the exams with perfect marks.
Hakuba, if it's all right with you, I'd like to start work on Cordelia right away. The best time for me would be between the hours of 6pm and midnight. Let me know if that's feasible.
Halloween is only four days away... I'm looking forward to seeing you all at the party!
ETA: Looks like I'll be spending the afternoon helping to fight the zombie hordes in Ekoda. Student by day, Zombie Slayer by night. This sounds like something out of a manga...
