(no subject)
So I'm not completely done yet, but tomorrow is the last day of my first quarter here. I just finished up my final for perspective class. Felt really good. Critical thinking is a twenty minute presentation on crowded prisons. Not looking forward to it but I'm just going to do my best I guess. I finished my final for design, which was some lemur stuff haha. My final in drawing class, though, is the best. We had to do a self portrait. I've never even done a portrait of any kind before, but let me show you this beast:
Not finished yet, but GOD DAMN. I didn't know I had it in me. Seriously. My mom kept showing it off to her friends haha. I don't want to get a big head over this but I feel like it's going to be one of the top five in my class. I'm just so fucking proud. I'm going to try really hard to scan it when I'm completely done. And about the wizard hat lmao, we had to put in something about us and obvz I'm really big into Harry Potter. The banner at the bottom is going to say I solemnly swear that I'm up to no good. Yeah you're impressed.

I am really proud of myself on this one. Before this I was just kind of wandering around the world like a zombie. I really feel like I've finally found my purpose. Here I am in the last days of my first quarter and I'm still as excited as when I started.
I am just happy.
As for Lacey, I know she's having a hard time but she's gonna fucking make it. We just keep getting lucky and everything, I know, is going to work itself out.
