Hello There!
I got a nudge from a friend, so I thought I'd say hello!!!! We've had a lot going on over here- I inherited the family antiques, so we've been working on refurbishing those as well as a couple I purchased at a great price.
I enrolled Britt in an online based homeschool. Same old same old over there- "she doesn't pay attention", "have you thought about ritalin" blah blah... She can learn anything you can show her, but she will not remember a thing from auditory teaching. I always got in trouble in school for reading ahead and then not knowing where they were when I got called on to read. I dropped out of college twice, some of us just aren't sheeple I guess LOL
Also of note, we sent our application into the USDA for a Rural Development loan. We will see what happens with that. We've found a piece of land and chosen a home, now it' just waiting on the decision...
