I have a migraine.  My fibro is acting up.  I feel like I have got a bunch of things to do that have to be done and I don't, but my brain won't get over it.  These are all considerably distressing to me.  Which, I assume, gives my sick brain something to worry about.  *grumbles, makes faces, whines, gives up*
