So, about two months until my lease is up and I have to turn my Mini in, unless I want to buy it. Which my Dad pointed out might be smart since it is a 3 year old used car with only 8,400 miles on it

Why do you have to get a Mini S if you want automatic (a decision that I understand and support in your condition/location)? But with the S comes a wider selection of awesome colors. That and they rotate some colors in and out for each year; there was a really slick gray/blue out for one car season that I'm completely jealous of, but don't tell the Cooper Troopa that. For the love of god don't get a brown car

Well, I'd have to drive the S again to be sure, but having been raised driving more powerful cars, I am pretty spoiled. I had to drive a regular Mini with automatic while I was waiting for mine to get shipped in, and it was just sooo depressing. Especially getting on the freeway. I'm hoping the S will help compensate, since now I just couldn't just switch to a lower gear
