OWWWWIIIIEEEE!
I got internet hooked back up yesterday and we
are in our new place. Last night we were unpacking and I was moving a
very heavy nightstand (you know Shira) anyways it was bouncing along
the carpet as I was dragging it into my room, I didn't clear a path
way and didn't see he monitor behind me. Long story short the back of
my foot caught the monitor just as I was pulling the nightstand into
my room and the nightstand came flying back and caught my toenail.
Ripped almost the home thing out. Oh my god it hurt like hell. Jimmy
rushed me to the emergency room because I was bleeding so badly and in
shock. I was in the emergency room for six freakin hours. Then they
burned (yes I said burned) three wholes in my toenail and through the
membrain to allow the blood to flow freely. It hurt worse than hell.
It was all I could do to keep from kicking the doctor and I was on
vicodin at that point. By the time I got out of the emergency room it was 3p.m.To top it off I can't do any extra activit for a week or so and I can't work for three days. Doc says the pain of healing will be intense as well. Never thought a damn toenail could cause so much pain and reak so much havick. I am so not looking forward to taking the bandage off. All I kept saying is "I want my mommy". Okay well I have to go rest now. I am exhausted.
