Despite how pushy I've been I'm deeply flattered that you'll buy Shelter on my recommendation. On your recommendation I bought some Advil which isn't the same thing but I hope you'll understand. ;) Vicodin worked really well for me but it's something I'll only take if I know I don't have to go anywhere. It made me very sleepy and a little nauseas which was still so much better than the way I felt before I took it.

Thank you so much for the vote of confidence regarding my writing. It means a lot to me especially coming from people who I admire as writers. I think the quote you mentioned is brilliant and oh, so very true. I tried not to panic about not being able write anything that survived being read the next day but it was a close thing. I didn't intentionally begin writing in the first place so I guess it'll always come and go as it pleases.

It sounds like you have a busy itinerary coming up. I remember vividly my own elderly and difficult mother so my heartfelt sympathy goes out to you. There are times when I think I've underestimated my mom's wheedles since being difficult has insured that I do remember her vividly.
