We just got a phone call from Phil, Ryan's dad.  I guess he walked over to the neighbor's house down the street and showed him a picture of Chloe.  I guess she was curled up in a ball in the corner of his garage scared to death.  He went to go and get her but she kept snarling at him and even snapped a few times because she was sooo frightened!
