This is how I pass my time

I had a debate/argument with my friend Bex over vegetarianism and oral sex.  I had an hour before work, and I love nothing more then picking at the sacred cows (bad pun) of others.  Knowing that she'd quickly defend her veganism, I figured she'd be the best to attack.

It was quite simple.  I said that any vegan who engages in oral sex is a hypocrite.  People are made of meat, and most of their byproducts are also meat.  Therefore, vegans who go down on their partners are hypocrites, changing their moral position quite easily.  I also threw in a few other points just to solidify my standing, like self-righteousness and other distracting terms.

Went very well.  She ultimately was forced to defend herself by saying that the difference lies in the fact that oral sex is often willing, whereas most meat products are gained through some poor cow dying to satiate my cheeseburger urges.  I was reminded of the talking suicidal cows in one of Douglas Adams' books.  I made my point that that's just splitting hairs, that it's still meat, no matter how many ways you try to cut it.

And before I knew it, the hour was up, and it was time to go to work.  Which turns out to be wrong, as I have the day off.  They keep randomly throwing these three day weekends at me when I least expect them.  In either case, huzzah.

Last week here has so begun.  I've worked out most of my plans for the near future, albeit, they're not very good plans.  But I also do better with suggestions, really.
