Last night was my last rehearsal with Jody Lindh. This coming Sunday will be his last as the music director at University Park UMC. One of my new friends is the music director at her church. They need a fill-in for their praise band and she wants to use me as a vocalist/guitar player.

Last night I finished up another song. I'm now debating whether I debut it on Nov 6 or debut my reworked Hang On Bridget there. Tonight at 9 I go on stage all by myself for an hour. I'll be playing a dozen of my own songs and recording the show to see how it sounded. So much fun last night... langdon and I got to get on stage for 6 songs together. I flubbed one of them, one of his originals, but the other 5 were really quite good. Erin Gayden from GaydenLee really liked Bitter. It's still probably the best song I've ever written, though I would like to think I have a few at least that good in me.
