Singing for my Supper
Last night I didn't get everything done, but I think that's just because I stay optimistic about how long things take.
I got home after running to the tailor to pick up my suits... again, they're perfect. I can't speak highly enough of this guy. Then I made dinner and lunch for today - I offered to make Cajun food for my Filipino coworkers. I love doing that, as it is really inexpensive and really tasty. I made lunch for 6 for about $18.
Then I worked on recording Crush some more... I can't figure out what's wrong, but something isn't gelling on it... and then went out with katjabee for the last karaoke night ever at The Tipperary Inn. I met some new people there and saw what had to be the best karaoke performance of Lady Marmalade ever... 4 women, all of different ethnic backgrounds (making it seem more exotic) in their mid to late 20s who could all really sing... it was almost like watching the music video without the costumes. It was really cool.
Also there were a couple of new places that the DJ told us he's going to keep going - and they are right beside dramy & liberalryan's house. So I'll have to go out there some weekends.
Anyway, I got home around 11:30 and was in bed less than an hour later. So that was yesterday.
