outside context
So as of Tuesday I'm sort of almost no longer a stage manager. Yesterday, over lunch & sort of out of nowhere I got offered another job. I'm starting on a contract basis, but am pretty sure I'm going to just take full time - as soon as I can work out a couple of details.
Scary. Totally new field, totally new way of thinking, but pretty much the same skill set. The control enthusiast in me is still gonna be fed, thankfully. And I'm working with someone I know and like and have a pretty good conversational rapport with.
I feel like I want to write more, and I will, as things become clearer to me. As I settle myself, both in this new job and in my head.
