There are now 14 of us, yay! Welcome to all the new people along for the ride - I hope this'll end up useful for all of us. :)

Today's writing:
Have you done your daily writing yet? I haven't - it's 8pm, and I just finished breakfast. *g* (Clearly this is going to be a Thing until I have to go back to work ...) I'm a night owl, anyway, so writing late in the evening is pretty much normal for me unless I get up and immediately start writing, which I only do under two circumstances: when I'm really inspired, or when a deadline is looming. Otherwise, I need to actually wake my brain up first ...
Fingers crossed I can make some progress on at least one
fandom_stocking fic today!
Yesterday's writing:
I didn't get as much written as I'd have liked yesterday - all I managed was about 250 words, in amongst about 1,000 words of outline for a Grimm fic I've been thinking about at the back of my brain for quite a while now. I never actually wrote any of it down, though, and when I was talking to prettyarbitrary yesterday it occurred to me that I had better do that before I start forgetting! I won't actually be tackling this fic any time soon - I'm nowhere near ready for a long fic.
fandom_stocking first, then hopefully some other short fic, and then ...
Yeah, well. I'm trying not to set myself up for failure this year, but those are my writing plans for the near future.
How about everyone else? How is the new year treating you? Satisfied with how things are going so far? Any concrete plans for the near future?
