Cannibal Holocaust - Opening Theme Music
I really can't wrap my head around why Riz Ortolani - when asked to score, at the time, possibly the sickest movie ever made (that features amoung other scenes, graphic depictions of rape, force abortions, castrations, killing of real animals..and um, cannibals), would decide to write this haunting and beautiful theme song.
Cannibal Holocaust is well known in Japan, and laser disc copies are common in used bins in nippombashi, but the OST is infamously hard to find, on CD let alone wax. Still, I would pay good money to have it.

Actually Cannibal Holocaust isn't even that bad by today's standards for goresploitation, so long as you watch the "animal cruelty free version" lol.
