Success: Getting up early enough to have breakfast. Omlette w/ green pepper and a small sprinkle of low-fat cheese.
Failure: getting to bed by 12 last night. Jet lag is my enemy, as is the internet. 1 am it was, naughty Shevy. Found a website to keep track of food & target weight stuff on though. Must buy scales!
