It's been awhile...
So, I figured I'd give you all a little update on how my life has been. Eh, OK.
I feel like I have nothing to do; but I have SOO much to do. The semester got off to kind of a slow start and then all of a sudden all my teachers were all like oh, by the way you have a paper due in two weeks. Not to mention my projects that are due at the end of the semester.
One of my professors delayed telling us what the paper was going to be on for three weeks even though we kept asking him. And he cancelled class last week. So we got the assignment on Thursday and it's due in two weeks. Analyzing the difference between what Blanco said and how the media portrayed it during Katrina. Ugh.
And I get to find out all about how DNA works and how it's used to solve crimes. And that's due the Monday after Mardi Gras.
And of course, now all I want to do is work on wedding stuff. I spend HOURS on the internet looking at stuff. Though almost everything is done. I'm driving myself insane :)
We're taking our engagement pictures on March 4, pray for no rain and a pretty day! I desperately need to go to a tanning bed. I don't look like myself, I'm way too pale and I don't want these pictures to follow me for the rest of my life looking like a ghost.
I get my dress back from Pearl's Place next week from my first fitting. She had to hem it, I hope it's not too long anymore :) Also, my mom and I made my veil! It's so hot and matches my dress perfectly :
And I got an awesome bunwrap:
We also booked our HONEYMOON! VEGAS HERE WE COME! I'm so excited! We're staying at the Luxor and we have a room in the pyramid!
Anyway that's all with me for now. I've got to get back to a paper on journalists' questioning tactics of presidents. Woohoo. Hope everyone's doing well!
