I counted out my savings since I decided to get into an apartment for a while and get away from the unique environment that is the Sunnydale Motor Lodge. I should have kept more money from that demon I killed instead of giving it all to charity. The odd job and selling off things I get from the bad guys biz just doesn't pay like it should

I hear you're the lady to see about getting an apartment.

*nods her head*

I'm Ingrid. We have two openings. One is a two bedroom the other is a one bedroom, both are furnished.

Do you have a preference or would you like to see them both?

Definitely the one bedroom. Just me, two bedrooms would be kind of a waste and all. Furnished is good, otherwise I'd be sitting on the floor.

*grabs the key and locks her office*

It's on the third floor. We have state of the art security equipment and the manager lives in the building.

*enters the elevator with him*

Are you new in town or just moving to a new residence?

Well I got into town around the holidays but I've kind of decided to stay awhile so I want to move out of the motel I'm in.

It's the kind of place that's so ugly it scares the roaches away so anything's an upgrade.

*shudders*

Ugh roaches.

That will not be something you find here.

*exits the elevator, opens the apartment for him*

The last tenants moved away kind of suddenly, so I'm not sure how much extra stuff they left behind, but Yuffie says if they leave it when they move, whoever moves in is welcome to it.

Excellent. The security deposit will only be half of month's rent since Mr. Giles is on the owner's highly recommended list of tenants.

Nice building. Trust me there aren't roaches there, but that's just because there's bigger scarier bugs to deal with. I swear they stole one of my shoes.
