I counted out my savings since I decided to get into an apartment for a while and get away from the unique environment that is the Sunnydale Motor Lodge. I should have kept more money from that demon I killed instead of giving it all to charity. The odd job and selling off things I get from the bad guys biz just doesn't pay like it should

I hear you're the lady to see about getting an apartment.

*nods her head*

I'm Ingrid. We have two openings. One is a two bedroom the other is a one bedroom, both are furnished.

Do you have a preference or would you like to see them both?

Definitely the one bedroom. Just me, two bedrooms would be kind of a waste and all. Furnished is good, otherwise I'd be sitting on the floor.

Oh God. That is disgusting.

You'll be wanting to move in today then, right?

That would be the optimal plan yeah. I don't want to know what they stole while I was gone this time.

*grins at her*

And we could do paperwork over food maybe?

Um, maybe.

Am I in danger of getting rejected horribly so that my ego is damaged for the rest of my life because then no.

But if all you're gonna do is say ok or no, then yes.

Okay, um Mexican? There's a little place off main street, doesn't do too bad of a job of being authentic instead of taco bell.

Oh, that would be nice. I haven't had enchilidas in awhile. My brother Eric makes amazing enchilidas, but he's pretty busy these days.

*hands Tristan the receipt*

*opens the desk drawer and pulls out a stake and small squirt bottle of holy water, placing them in her purse*

Ok good, one less thing to explain.

My sister was the slayer before Buffy. I came to learn more about demons and to thank Buffy for killing the thing that killed my sister.

So yeah, sorry, told you it was depressing.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I couldn't imagine losing one of my siblings. I'd...I just couldn't handle that.

I hope you're finding the answers you've been searching for.

Well I'd say I was finding the answers except I'm not even sure what I'm looking for yet. So maybe I'm getting closer to figuring out what direction I should start in or something.

Ok enough of that, tell me about your family.

How else do you spend your time in Sunnydale? Do you have a job?

Not a bitca vibe really, more like a 'I'm a really strong person who's not afraid to say what I think' kind of vibe.

Probably shouldn't admit it but no job right now, I have savings for a few more months and I take on odd jobs.

Right now I'm trying to help reduce the overpopulation of demons in town. Mostly vampires, I'm not really liking trying to figure out which demons are good, it gives me a headache.

I hope you're being careful. From what I understand the slayer and her friends keep the town safe. My sisters' boyfriends help too.

I'm sure you'll find something soon. Do you have any skills?

I believe that maybe the Bronze has an opening for a bouncer. Penn used to be employed there, but he is working with Isabella now.

Bouncer, I could do bouncer. Pretty much my skills anymore all have to do with beating things up.

Ok, well and I have been told I'm pretty good at annoying people, but I'm not sure there's a career in it.

Yeah I try to be careful, there's a lot more people in this town staking vamps than I ever imagined, so at least there's some backup if you need it.
