I am now 33. I had an absolutely lovely birthday. I got the most beautiful flowers from dawnshine, DK, and Matthew. I got to talk to my parents and my sisters. I had pancakes. I did absolutely nothing that I didn't want to do. It was marvelous.

One of the highlights of my weekend: A two-kid pileup on the escalator at the mall. It was hilarious. Two little girls who couldn't have been more than three years old were riding up the escalator, one in front of the other, with the dad-type person behind them.
