Up At Night
So a lot of times I want to go to sleep, and then some random thing pops into my head and all of a sudden I can't stop thinking about it. The one for tonight is:
What are the rules for sexual consent for people who are mentally handicapped?
I mean, like, where is the line when you can say, "Yes, this person knew what they were doing," and "No, this person didn't know."? When you're mentally impaired, you can't give sexual consent. So wouldn't that be the same thing? But then doesn't that mean that everyone who is sleeping with them raping them? It doesn't make sense to me. But yeah...this is why it's 3:30 and I can't sleep. :(
