OH MY GOD. I am such a moron. The cases I am doing right now in my summer law unit (medicine and the law) I did last year in Torts Law when we covered negligence. EXCEPT I NEVER TOOK DETAILED NOTES ON THE CASES. So now when I read them I know them and remember briefly looking at them, but now I have to DO THEM ALL OVER AGAIN.

I am ridiculously amused when I check my CNN rss feed and get stories like: CREW RETAKES SHIP AFTER BATTLE WITH PIRATES. Seriously - go the Koreans who beat off the invading pirates! And apparently pirate numbers are increasing. *AMUSED*

It should not have been that hard just for me to find the Defamation Act WA (2005). EVEN GOOGLE LET ME DOWN. I had to go through a criss cross of links via my stupid Uni library page which takes FOREVER in order to find it. But I suppose this is what I get for leaving my essay/problem question to the last minute?
