The best concept ever in law, the best principle should I say, is that, and I quote, “he should take him as he finds him”. BEST PRINCIPLE EVER.
Its good to know that law is slashy. It makes me grin. Like a lunatic. In the law library. I hope in my torts class (next), we get to discuss this principle. OF TAKING HIM AS HE FINDS HIM.
Yes. I know I’m lame. This is what happens when I start watching Cartoon Network at night. And end up watching Naruto. I can’t explain it.

Also - fucking EZYDVD. LIARS. LIAAARS. Robin Hood season 1 was meant to be released today. ITS BEEN PUSHED BACK. Normally for those of us technologically savvy to preorder online, they send them out a day before official release so that the customers get them on the release day or the day after or something. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. *GROWLS*
