I'm like Willie!
So I started my new job today...yes, yet another one. I will know be adding to my reportoire the maintanaince of the lawn of Weatherheads Apts, the FKEBC, and the surrounding area, as well as eventually cleaning the carwashes, lol. So I'm officially promoting myself: my new title shall be Groundskeeper. I like it ;p
Didn't do much today after mowing and weedwhacking. Showered. Did some laundry. Changed something in my room to accommodate that laundry once clean. Took down some of the new year's decorations that were in my basement, and put most of the wires and cables back up out of the way. Talked to Alexa for a little bit, which was good, haven't done that in like months i don't think. Nothing all that exciting or eventful.
Tomorrow looks like more of the same; I didn't finish mowing today cuz I broke the pushmower (yeah, broke it my first day, wasn't my fault the starter string came out lol) so I gotta do that. Then apparently my mom now wants me to get a haircut, cuz she made my senoir pics appointment, so after over 2 months of her refusing to let me go get one, I guess I have to go have it tomorrow, which sucks, cuz I'm gonna be tired as hell tomorrow and I just wanna do somethin fun after i bust my ass, to be honest. Oh well, guess that just means that i'll only be with my family for like an hour wednesday cuz if I can't get away tomorrow i'm sure as hell leaving on my birthday. By the way, Kara, I like All those stores, lol. You got me very excited. Anything woulda been fine- i woulda taken a hug n been happy. Lookin forward to it.
I was thinkin today and I realized just how damn lucky I am. Yesterday we were watching a movie, Richard Gere takes his woo-ee to the opera. Me: "Would you like it if I took you to the opera?" Kara: "Phh, I'd rather you took me to a Sox game or something" --is that not awesome? Man, i love her...
I'm off, hopefully to bed. Gotta get up before eight tomorrow so I can do the pool before I go over to see Erik and see what I can do.
I'll be dreaming of you... :)
oh, by the way, I'm trying to learn something to impress Evan some time--i found my songbook from Aladdin, and I can play it on the piano. It's very fun for me. Maybe if I get ambitious i'll even try to figure out the chords...or ask Henry to do it...
