If there is such a thing as re-incarnation and I am one of those believes there just may be, why is it we can't put red flags down for ourselves?

It just seems cruel to repeat endless negative cycles never remembering only to do it again.

I am so sleepy, sore and drained.
But there's this lump of dis-content sitting on my chest making it impossible for me to close my eyes and be ok.
I feel like shit.

I really love to hear the train go by at night, it's somewhat soothing, and I wish that I could go explore and find the tracks, well where I can get unto them - but I just don't feel safe here. I miss my old area, the park the ravine - I hate it here I feel so trapped here maybe Jeff will visit after work today and maybe we can go for a walk?

They say time flies when you're having fun, my opinion? It flies all the same if you're not.
