Yogaaaaaaaaaaah

Last night was Trizones Intermediate workout #1, and it was yoga. Not only that, it was "restorative" yoga. Completely passive. Just lie there and breathe. In and out. Deeply. Try that legs up in the air against a wall move after a long run. It's a nice easy stretch that will feel goooooooood.

Yay, relaxing! Sounds like a good way to start the pre-season. Interesting that there were so many new faces in the intermediate class. Where'd they come from?

And yay, new tri shoes! I've been enjoying mine thus far. Which is good, 'cause who knows how things are gonna work out when you buy shoes the day after a marathon?

Ooohh... I'll have to try that next time I'm awake in the middle of the night!

I've only had tri shoes for bike shoes, so I guess I don't know how non-breezy regular bike shoes can be.
