Tuesday - core strength, swimming with Trizones - the water was heated, but still cooler than I wanted it to be. It felt surprisingly good to swim for the first time since last fall.
Wednesday - bike with Jeff - 3 neighborhood loops after work. I love DST!
Thursday - 30 minute early morning run. Ugh. It took me 20 minutes to warm up. Maybe that was because of the headwind going out. Very hard to make myself get out there in the dark for the first time this season. I hate DST!
