TGIF, dammit
Not a good week.
Monday - Surprise!! Jeff got laid off from his position as Director of Customer Service & Technical Support at Motion Computing. Sales/revenue too low, cutting costs, blahblahblah. Happy Holidays to you too.
Wednesday - With his newfound time off, Jeff took the dog to the vet for her annual checkup, got queasy when they drew her blood, fainted and cracked his head open while falling. We got him stitched up, but he's still a little queasy, dizzy, headachy.
Thursday - My parents dog Molly got into some chocolate. Little dog, lots of chocolate. I was scared. Fortunately it was milk chocolate and she's got an iron tummy. She was a little hyper last night and didn't look quite comfortable, but my fears of being kept up all night by a dog running at both ends were unfounded.
Can this week end now? Please?
