People can be real downright twats to others who are trying to do the right thing. People like that who try to bring these others down need to have savage beatings administered.

Yesterday's entry has been deleted as the agency referenced in it is not the one at fault. I'm equal parts annoyed at Amazon and at the US Postal service in this incredible screwup in the delivery of my copy of "Half-Blood Prince," but now that I've contacted both parties on the issue of the undelivered book, I'm feeling better.
