good music
The Dar concert was amazing. She was better than ever, and there was so much more emotion and passion in the way she performed each song. Her band was the best I've ever heard her play with, and she adorable and funny as ever. She is so much like my sister it's creepy. The opener, Girlyman, was incredible. I love them! They got her onstage to sing with them at one point, and then she brought them out a bunch to sing with her and that was great. They are really talented, and it's a really unique group, plus their lyrics were terrific, and they were witty with the onstage banter. So, all in all it was a good time. Now I just need to see all the movies I want to see in theaters and I will be content with the entertainment in my life. By the way, Lyca, if you haven't heard Girlyman you need to. You would absolutely love them! Three songs they played at the concert that I loved and I thing you would love are these: "Young James Dean", "This is Me", "The Shape I Found you in". Everything they played was fantastic but I remember those ones in particular. So, give them a listen.
