Thank of God that DAVID SIMON exists
Because it was difficult to make another great TV Show after the masterpiece called THE WIRE (Generation Kill was a miniserie). David Simon created TREME and I think he is getting it again. In fact, I think TREME is my favorite HBO show right now. Season 2 has confirmed that it has been awesome to take the risk and make a TV show about New Orleans people after The Katrine madness. Real life in front of your eyes. People trying to get their lifes back after the hurricane and that become in pure plesure for your eyes and ears.
I understand that it's not for all the tastes, not everybody can enjoy it... I know (I have friends that have told me... "I'm sorry but I can´t stand with it...I hate jazz, etc...", but if you like real stories, real characters, and music (not only jazz), you can enjoy it and it's not just drama... sometimes it's really funny too.
