1. If your base is too bright, duplicate it and set it to Softlight/Darken. { Optional }
2. Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color
REDS
76, 30, 10, -20
YELLOWS
43, 37, -4, 21
WHITES
0, -28, -21, 15
NEUTRALS
22, 0, 0, -7
BLACKS
19, -12, 26, 31
3. THIS STEP IS ONLY FOR if you want it to have a blue tint!
Create a new solid color fill layer and fill it with #82174c.
Set it to Exclusion at 10% opacity.
You may play around with the opacity.
4. Make a new Hue/Saturation layer.
MASTER
0, -10, 5
YELLOWS
0, -15, 0
