Today, Kyle is in New York documenting the "Occupy Wall Street" demonstration. I wish I could be there too, but I have rehearsal at Plays and Players this afternoon.
I'm having a great time with this play -- the cast is amazing and creatively adventurous, which makes everything fun and unpredictable.
I wanted to post a few photos from Wyoming, including one of the dinosaur tracks we visited, which were discovered in the 1990s -- an amazing series of geological events over millions of years preserved about half a dozen distinct dinosaur tracks, of varying sizes and gaits, criss-crossing each other in the rock at
Red Gulch. It's an amazing feeling to be able to walk amongst them and place your hand in the grooves their feet left all that time ago. It makes you wonder what kind of a mark you'll leave....
This was taken of me when we were on our way to hunt dinosaurs, standing at another natural wonder called "Devil's Kitchen," with beautiful shapes and colors in the rocks and wonderful cave-like formations beckoning for exploration.
You could spend months in Wyoming... or, as I did, years... and still never know everything she has to teach you. It was wonderful being there and sharing it with Kyle, who appreciates it as much as I do.
