Cole Turner (demon_in_limbo)
Yes, I'm playing myself. Sort of. ;) This is the Cole from Drake's dimension, which followed canon up to season 7. Which means Cole was vanquished two years ago and is currently chilling in limbo. He's dead, but not really dead, just mostly dead. Don't ask questions, just go with it. He gets around a lot for a dead guy who's supposed to be trapped -- making contact with Drake, setting up the deal with the Sorcerer, finding out what the Elders are up to, arranging for Thorn Demons to take out Piper...watching Phoebe in the shower....
Anyway, because he's "mostly" dead, he's not visible to everyone. If you're dead, you can see him. If you see dead people, you can see him. If you have a psychic sensitivity, you can see him. Canon didn't really define it (other than dead!Piper saw him, Phoebe sensed him, Paige didn't, and Drake could see him), so I'm not going to be picky.
He looks exactly like Bel, only with Christian Troy's hair, but he won't know who any of you are.
Sebastian Blood IX (sebastian-blood)
If you're familiar with canon, you'll probably notice I'm smooshing Brother Bloods VIII and IX together, kinda. This is because I find redundant repetitive plotlines...redundant. BB #8 brainwashed Raven and intended to make her his bride and knock her up, but failed. Twenty years and a handful of retcons later, BB #9 kills #8 (his dad) and proceeds to try to...brainwash Raven and marry her and knock her up. Oh, those wacky Bloods, they've got a thing for my girl...in a creepy vaguely incestuous way.
Sebastian is the leader of the Church of Blood cult, which tries to put forth a happy positive image to the world despite the name, and most people seem to buy it. He's a "living vampire," which means he drinks blood to enhance his strength and he likes to bite, but he doesn't share other vampire characteristics (other than really pale skin). He is extremely charismatic and can mystically charm people into doing his will (see "cult leader"), though of course he won't do that without clearing it OOC first. He's also an arrogant little prick, which is bound to make him lots of friends.
His intention in Fandom is to put the whammy on Raven and drag her off to be his bride. I'll likely need to recruit a few people to tell him to go take a hike. ;)
Penelope Garcia (bau_oracle)
Garcia is a Technical Analyst (aka Resident Computer Geek) for the Behavioral Analysis Unit in Quantico, VA. She was considered by the FBI to be one of the most dangerous hackers in the world, and when she was finally arrested after several years of mercenary hacking, they offered her an expunged record and amnesty if she agreed to join the FBI.
She's rarely on site with the rest of the BAU during their investigations, but the team is constantly in contact with her to make use of her mad computer and research skillz. She's very protective of the team (especially Morgan, her BFF, whom she flirts with constantly), and is also a big fan of MMPORGs.
Despite the horrible things she's often exposed to while doing her job, Garcia is very optimistic and fun-loving. She's got red and black streaks in her hair and answers the phone with phrases like "You've reached Penelope Garcia in the FBI's office of Supreme Genius" or "Oracle of Quantico, speak if you deign to hear truth." She's also dating fellow FBI Technical Analyst Kevin Lynch, who, as he is played by Nicholas Brendon, looks just like Xander. How convenient there will be one around this weekend.

Half-human, half-demon, with fire-related powers. For some reason, people thought I'd be perfect to play him. I haven't the faintest idea why. ;)
