Basically, Sarah Gronert was born a hermaprhodite, with both sets of genitalia, but had surgery to remove her male genitalia and is now competing as a woman in woman's tennis--but is getting blowback by those she is beating, who claim that she has too much testoterone and is actually a man.

She has gone through the effort to become a woman and now is still going to be punished because of her genetics? Should other women who weren't actually born as hermaphrodites but who have elevated levels of testoterone now also be excluded--since that is basically what they are bitching about?!?
