why i hate john kerry
his damn bumper sticker won't come off my car. If you scrape it with one fingernail, pieces of plastic may flake off, but the sticker itself remains defiantly intact. That is the reason you see daily reminders of that painful election - not bc Dems are really still rooting for the senator, but bc THEY HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE. (hm, sound familiar???) THE DAMN THING WON'T COME OFF. fortunately the prop 66 one came off uneventfully; otherwise i would truly be driving around the loser civic.

I just finished The Last Black Hero/Derrick Bell. Im reminded that love is the scariest thing I've ever experienced, when I've been privileged to be in its throes.
BAD HOMEWORK
Now why should I ever feel compelled to get up at 7am to read for ETHICS (yes, a theme is emerging here.... stupid class!!!)?????? !! Hsind, if you're reading this, know that most (required) law school classes are stupid, and I suggest you abstain from most of them.
Bottom line is, I shouldn't be wasting my time on things that have no meaning. LJ and emails are >very< important, and so are long distance phone calls. All these things connect me to the people who make up my life. I hope I can keep an eye on my wandering priorities, some so treacherous and deceitful that they had me on the Pottery Barn path to hell.
