There is always something lurking in the shadows. Kurt has learned this over time, through years of relentless attacks by those more physically endowed then he, all stemming from those dark places the light just can't seem to reach.
But for once, he's the one hiding in the dark. And he's not alone. With his body pressed firmly against a wall, it's hard to grasp just how twisted that fact, combined with the knowledge of just what exactly they're doing, really is.
“You know this can’t happen.”
The words feel like they’ve been burned onto his skin, hot lips moving slowly against the soft expanse of flesh between his shoulder and neck. Like a brand.
“I know, Puck.”
Like a claim.
