Life is ticking along happily.
The funeral was very cathartic and being blanketed by family made it meaningful.
Still on holidays. We went to a 20s party for New Year's and I went full flapper, it was a hoot. Shall post pictures soon.
My year in books: Read 34, last year 38, 2012 was 52 (though I had the headstart of being unemployed then). Goal for this year is 40.
Fangirl was my favourite new fiction.
Isa Does It my favourite cook book.
Cold Comfort my favourite re-read, followed hotly by the Parasol Protectorate series.
Fic: Why fanfiction is taking over the World and Philosophy in the Garden were both enjoyable non-fiction reads.
