Norwhal Whale, quails
I tried to explain to my sister via phone how to make a Norwhal whale for my niece's homework, but they made several attempts without success and grew frustrated so I made up a tutorial for them on my blog and I must say, I do like the way the whale turned out! its not painted but looks good in the raw.

was thrilled yesterday when a school of quails waltz through the back yard. Could not catch a photo because they were so fast and in a distance. But I did get one, they hopped up the 8 foot fence ever so briefly, so cute!!
