I'm back!
Tuesday night the PNW region was hit by a "bomb cyclone" of wind gusts up to 50mph and lost power. I finally got my power/wifi restored late last night.
Without power or heat, I kept myself occupied during the day by decluttering and reorganizing various parts of my home. During the night, I used battery operated lights and listened to the radio as company in my cold and dark home. I was getting anxious because of eating nothing but food and drinks that didn't need to be in the fridge/freezer and my car was trapped in my garage and then finally asked one of my closest neighbors to help me open my garage door so I could park outside just in case I needed to leave for food or gas.
I was getting close to packing some things and go find a hotel that had power and WIFI until things were returned to normal.
This morning I've been doing laundry, cleaning up, recharging batteries and seeing what I need to refill my fridge.
