-Practice civil disobedience or use subversive tactics as a firewall against the Orange Sneer's policies(the dreaded Project 2025)
-Stay vigilant and motivated
-Donate to much needed orgs like Planned Parenthood, NARAL, ACLU, etc
-Sign petitions to give my support
-Filter out Main Stream Media/social media sites and only trust other reliable and more fair news sources to keep my mental health balanced
-Use my sense of humor to help cope when I feel fucking low
-Keep breathing
-Take my meds
