I got home from work yesterday and needed that 30 minutes of nothing. So I sat on the couch and three hours later, I woke up on my couch. I slept the whole evening away. I guess I was tired, but from what? Vacation? *lol*
I guess I just really didn't want to swim last night. That's okay. Today is a 60 minute spin and then run workout. Tomorrow, 75 minute swim--this time I'll just do it in the morning.
