I guess i've been keeping to myself a lot mainly; reading, gaming, unearthing old british folk and prog rock, stepping into daydreams that last a day or a week, losing track of space and time..
I expect my holidays will be low-key, soothing and full of fantastic foods.
Sounds like good stuff, I am jealous of your lengthy daydreams!
I've been expanding my ska and punk library, been introduced to breakcore, forcing myself to draw again after a 4 year drought (with some good results), trying to find time to work on a couple novel ideas, and just generally having a good time. Had to move back into my parents' place, but should be getting an apartment with my sister next month (woo!)
Anyway. Glad to see you're still out there somewhere. If you ever feel up to it, give me a ring sometime: 727-421-2891
Yes, still in Dunedin for now. Starting to realize waiting for opportunities doesn't really provide them, so perhaps I should try to move on? It is utterly too comfortable sometimes here though.
Ha! I would probably be better reguarded if I only pushed the numbers on one of those phone thingies people keep mentioning. I should resolve to call people this year.
I have to admit that texting drives me crazy. Not so much on the computer but with phones, I was at a christmas gathering the other day and a group of females kept constantly texting people and giggling. I kept telling them to put thier phones away.
I miss the 70s for a lot more reasons than communications.
Im still disappointed we didnt do those Chaplin-esque shorts we discussed long ago.
Yo man :) With a foot of powder on the ground, I am almost missing Florida. You should roadtrip out some summer with your guitar, we have a kickin' bluegrass scene here and open mics. Good times and good beer. Have a good one- Ryan
Can't do months, but there's a boarding house in Durango sorta, rooms are about $400 a month to lease, camping is cheap :) Work can be sorta tough to find, typical ski town catch 22. If you ever come through, welcome to crash here for a few days (as I appreciate you letting me do the same many years ago bro).
Tell ya what..I am glad the West swallowed me whole. It's awesome out here. Never plan on leaving.

Although I would need a home base. Does anyone in your area have a place to put up a lodger for a few months? I would need some work to do also.
If I could find a seasonal room and board situation out there I would definitely be interested.
I might have to work on my banjo pickin'
